Leadville has miles of snowshoe and cross-country trails in the surrounding area. If you are into snowmobiles there are trails for you to explore as well.

If you are coming for winter activities, we are only 30 miles from two-world class winter resorts, Vail and Copper Mountain. Just nine miles away is a family resort -- Ski-Cooper -- much more reasonable price-wise and less intimidating that the better known mega-resorts.
