We require a Visa/MasterCard number with the expiration date and 3 digit security code and your full billing address, or you can send a check to confirm your reservation.
Full payment is required in advance to hold reservations. Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the hostel room/bed is available and you have secured your room reservation by providing us with a check or your credit card details. We will not charge your credit card until we are settling your bill at the end of your stay, unless we need to apply a cancellation fee.
The hostel will charge the following cancellation fee to your credit card if you cancel your reservation:
A 50% cancellation fee is charged on cancellations prior to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations 6 days or less before arrival will carry a 75% cancellation fee. A no-show or canceling the day of your arrival will get no funds returned. This cancellation policy is adjustable if circumstances warrant – said adjustments can be applied on a case by case basis at the Hostel Management’s discretion.
August or Event days Cancellation Addendum: If you make a reservation and then cancel, you will be responsible for the entire reservation unless we are able to fill the spot. A partial refund will be given if any portion of the reservation is filled. No guest is not allowed to sub-let their reservation. That right is reserved by the Hostel Management.
